Grape Barossa has commissioned a number of fact sheets on a range of issues including: pest and disease, weed management, heat stress, post-harvest care and spray drift.
BGWA Members can utilise online registers to list fruit and/or bulk wine for sale, as well as detail their viticultural contract services. This information becomes available to the public to view.
Three local growers were interviewed on camera in January 2010 to talk about their experiences with managing heat waves. You can learn about their stories in the BGWA Members Website.
BGWA has 'ute-guide' style cards that identify the six key native grasses in vineyard systems. Contact Elise at BGWA to get a copy.
The BGWA employs a full time Viticultural Development Officer, Elise Heyes, to represent it members. If you want to discuss a viticultural issue, contact Elise to arrange an appointment.
