This varietal focussed workshop will include:

- Visit to benchmark Barossa Semillon vineyards
- Presentations on viticultural management, winemaking and marketing of Semillon
- Structured tasting of Barossa, Australian and overseas Semillon wines
- Panel forum and group discussion on all-things Semillon
- Morning tea and light lunch included
