Driving through the Barossa is an absolute delight, with each bend in the road revealing more of the beauty of the region. Breathtaking scenery, intriguing historic ruins and pretty villages are the reward for visitors who take the time to explore. 

Let the road lead you, or be guided by one of the many scenic driving routes. A drive along Seppeltsfield Road, identified by its distinctive palm trees, will lead you through a historic and hospitable precinct, home to more than 18 cellars doors. The Bethany to Angaston trail reveals a fantastic little community, tracing early pioneer sites through to award-winning wineries. The southern Barossa is simply stunning, and braving some unsealed roads rewards you with extraordinary vistas.  Or meander along the Butcher Baker Winemaker trail, allowing the promise of delicious local food and wine produce to tempt you to explore the length and breadth of the Barossa.
