Barossa Flavours Masterclass @ Cellar Door Wine Festival
24 February 2013, 2:00pm-3:00pm
Location: Adelaide Convention Centre,
As part of the 2013 Adelaide Cellar Door Wine Festival, the Barossa Grape & Wine Association is proud to present the Barossa Flavours Masterclass.
The Barossa is a richly-textured, colourfully-toned culture based on a century and a half of inheritance, creative energy and community pride. Experience the best of Barossa Flavours in this Master Class and discover the essence of this great regional destination as Appellation’s executive chef, Ryan Edwards, prepares a sumptuous selection of Barossa fare matched to some of the Barossa's leading wine styles. The pure flavours of Eden Valley Riesling, the structure and earthiness of Barossa Grenache-based blends, and the region's legendary Shiraz will be skilfully detailed by wine commentator, David Ridge.
This is a rare and compelling opportunity to learn, taste and immerse yourself in a journey to discover the Best of the Barossa.
Tickets ($40 pp) and further information are available online at the Cellar Door Wine Festival website: www.adelaidecc.com.au/tickets.
