French Courses in the Barossa - Beginner's Intensive
5 - 10 October 2014, 11:00am-5:00pm
Location: Lyndoch Hill Retreat/ Barossa Chateau, Lyndoch
-Thinking of travelling to France?
-Do you work in tourism & have French speaking visitors?
-Do you do business with French companies?
- Or perhaps you would simply like to learn another language?
This is a wonderful opportunity to acquire, brush-up on or extend your French language skills.
All courses are taught by Pierre-Jean Brassac, an experienced, native French teacher and are based on dynamic, creative teaching methods using real-life situations and video. The courses include songs, “training on the spot”, interviews and some field trips.
Items such as tourism, travel, wine culture, epicurianism, art and literature will be widely discussed and addressed with relevant new vocabulary.
Class sizes are limited to eight so you will receive plenty of one-on-one attention.
After completion of the courses, participants will be able to converse with French speaking guests, travel to French speaking countries and talk with people, read French books and magazines and understand films and songs.
All of this in a beautiful Barossa setting, where you can relax and immerse yourself in “all things French”. Pierre-Jean is also a writer and translator of many books. He has written several books on wine culture, history and economics.
These courses offer exceptional value as Pierre-Jean is giving his time and expertise on a voluntary basis whilst visiting the Barossa area and his part of the fee is simply covering his living/ travel expenses.
