Gluten Free Gourmet - Cooking School Without Walls

Cooking gluten free doesn’t mean that your options are limited after all most of the worlds population eats delicious food without a trace of gluten in their diets. The aim of this session is to introduce a range of alternate grains, ingredients and techniques that will enhance your gluten free repertoire including:
- Working with Quinoa, Sorghum and Millet
- Preparing Rice and lentil batters for pancakes and fritters
- Using vegetables in place of grains for salads, pilafs and risotto
- Making some simple but decadent gluten free sweet treats
At the conclusion of this class you will of course get to enjoy these goodies as part of a long table “Gluten Free” shared lunch.
