Tasting Australia Barossa: Chef for the Day Masterclass @ Appellation

Get your ‘chef’ on at Appellation in a hands-on Masterclass in the heart of Australia’s most famous wine region where great wine and incredible ingredients grow.
Don your apron with pride, roll your sleeves up and get into Appellation’s kitchen where you will make your own lunch (with a little help and guidance from Appellation’s chefs). You’ll gather ingredients from our kitchen garden, make fresh cheese and learn to cure and smoke your own bacon.
Lunch wouldn’t be complete in the Barossa without a little wine so we’ll usher you across the road to our mate Tscharke’s Place for a Masterclass tasting of wine and food. Share a table with friends, or make some new ones, and sit back and enjoy your hard work with a four-course lunch alongside delicious Tscharke wines.
You’ll head home with an Appellation apron, recipes and a full belly.
