The food of Santorini
Who doesn’t dream of the Greek Islands? Hot days, warm nights, blue skies and relaxing in Taverna’s enjoying food full of bright fresh flavours. Grilled food nearly always takes centre stage in the Aegean with seafood a near obsession. Simply cooked and sharpened with capers and citrus flavours and drizzled with healthy oil, it is the basis of many meals. If that isn’t enough, sweet ripe tomatoes, sheep and goats cheese or yogurt form the basis of many side dishes and salads. Food for total indulgence and relaxation!
