The mediterranean climate and variety of terrain supports a broad range of cycling opportunities in the Barossa for road cycling and mountain bike enthusiasts, and those wanting to tour the Barossa at a much slower pace. Hire a bike from the Barossa Visitor Information Centre and ask the staff for suggestions on creating your own touring route that takes in the picturesque views and attractions of the region. Or ride the cycle track between Nuriootpa and Tanunda (approx 7km).
