The generous support Rockford gives to Barossa Food is but one aspect of their ongoing efforts to ensure the survival of this region’s precious traditions.  They support countless other Barossa causes, including and most notably the Tanunda Show, a Barossa tradition with a history spanning more than 100 years.  

With an enthusiastic following of devotees, the winery is a mecca for culinary travelers from around the globe. Fortunate Rockford Stonewall Society members and their friends have access to The Stonewall Table where the marriage of regional food and fine wine is celebrated at a shared table lunch of generous proportions each Thursday and Friday.

Resident chefs Sandor and Lauren Palmai create a weekly menu based on the seasonal bounty from the winery’s 1 ½ hectare vegetable garden and fruit orchard, then the winery’s current release and museum wines are chosen to match each dish.
