Participants of the Barossa Future Leaders Program can look forward to an intensive week of academic content held in-house at the Novotel Barossa Valley Resort.  Subjects will cover marketing and branding, leading and managing people, thinking strategically, financial management, goal setting and personal effectiveness.  Throughout the week community and business leaders will be guest speakers at a series of dinners, generously sharing their wisdom, experience, and vision for the Barossa.

A key component of the program is a research project examining local events, tourism, economic development and education opportunities for the region. Participants will be formed into four groups, each led by a mentor, with their completed projects presented to stakeholders and assessed on October 24.

The Barossa Future Leaders Program includes the delivery of a Diploma of Management with Registered Training Partner Christie & Betro.  The program aims to invest back into the community through nurturing and up-skilling the Barossa’s knowledge and skills base to future proof the region.
