At Apex Bakery our wood oven has been continuously fired since 1924, making it what we believe to be the longest continuously fired commercial wood oven in Australia.
We are a third generation family owned and operated business, proudly supporting many local community clubs and events.
We use traditional Barossa recipes dating back to the 1800s and you will taste the difference at this wood oven bake house. Must try's include our specialities, ferment doughs/breads and our pies and pasties.
