New Wave Wines is a Barossa Valley cellar-door collective and wine bar representing innovative wines from small, independent producers like Max & Me, The Cutting, Coulter Wines, Rollick Wines, and Evan Evans Wines, along with guest producers from regional vineyards. The venue offers tastings of dozens of wines daily for $10 and an exciting selection of European wines is available by the glass, with a rotating list.
