We are a family owned business who are all passionate about flying helicopters and satisfying our clients with the highest level of safety and quality tailored services.
Weights in excess of this will affect quoted prices.
Any passenger weighing more than 110kg may incur an additional cost. Each flight has a maximum total weight limit including fuel passengers etc. If the weight limit is exceeded due to passenger weighing more than the limit of 110kg the cost of an additional seat may apply.
Full payment is required before we depart for each flight.
We accept cash debit cards credit cards (we DO NOT accept Diners Club or AMEX)
Payment using any credit card will incur a 3% surcharge
Gift Vouchers are non refundable or redeemable for cash.
Expired vouchers will incur a $50 fee to extend for one month.
Barossa Helicopters reserves the right to change flights due to weather conditions or other operational considerations. The pilots decision is final ? whatever the occasion.
4. Cancellation Fees:
Apply to all bookings.
Credit Card charges incurred by us will be charged to you for ALL cancellations. NO REFUNDS are available.
If your flight is cancelled outside 24 hours but within 48 hours of your booked time there will be a $50 fee charged.
Inside 24 hours of booked flight time you will forfeit the cost of the flight.
A full refund will be made available to customers in the event of a cancellation of the flight by Barossa Helicopters Pty Ltd due to adverse weather or any other unforseen event.
Are valid for 30 days from quotation date.
If we are outside your price bracket please let us know. We could provide an alternate.
