2020 Ribs & Red Join Cameron & Allister for a relaxed, 4 hour long lunch showcasing premium wines from our cellar. Offering the generosity for which the Barossa is known, the day will begin around fire pits, with canapes served matched to a glass of Eden Valley Riesling. We will then progress to the Elderton barrel hall to enjoy slow cooked ribs, with all the appropriate accompaniments including Ode to Lorraine and Grand Tourer Shiraz. The finale of local and imported cheeses matched to our Command Shiraz is a fitting way to conclude the day. A day when glasses are filled and fingers get sticky. It is not for the faint-hearted, but for those who like to indulge in some of the finest red wines the Barossa has to offer. Bibs, ribs & reds included!
