Barossa Kitchen produce a handmade lavosh style crispbread called Barossa Bark - ideal for cheese, dips and antipasto platters. Barossa Bark is a unique, premium quality lavosh-style crisp bread that renowned Barossa chef Barb Buggy created and developed in her own kitchen. Named after the strips of bark that fold down from the majestic gums that dot the Barossa Landscape, the 'Bark' is hand rolled and cut so each piece is individual and a natural random shape. It has a wonderful light gold colour and crisp texture that is perfect for matching with cheese and antipasto goodies, everyone loves being able to break the long shards of Bark into their ideal size. Each piece of Bark is carefully made in small batches with crispness and quality assured. Ingredients are locally sourced and preservative free.

Barossa Bark holds a Barossa Trust Mark.
