What is a Barossa Experience Gift Voucher?

A Barossa Experience Gift Voucher is a prepaid voucher that can be used to book any ‘Book Now’ option on the Barossa.com website. It’s a great way to give the gift of experiences in the Barossa region.

You will receive an electronic Gift Voucher with a unique voucher code. You can choose to have the Gift Vouchers emailed straight to the gift recipient or email it to yourself and print or forward the Gift Voucher for the recipient.

How can I purchase a Gift Voucher?

You can purchase a Gift Voucher directly from the Barossa.com website or through the Barossa Visitor Centre. Follow the prompts on the website to complete your purchase.

Please Note: that the Gift Voucher will need to be purchased separately to any other transactions.

When do the gift cards expire?

 Each Gift Voucher is valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase. Please note that the voucher will expire and become invalid after this period. Your experience needs to be booked and completed within this timeframe.

Do I receive a physical gift card?

Once you have purchased a gift card, you will be emailed a digital copy with a code that you can then use to purchase any items on our website.

How do I redeem a Gift Voucher?

To redeem a Gift Voucher, simply enter the unique voucher code during the booking process on the Barossa.com website. The value of the voucher will be deducted from the total booking amount.

You do not need to use the full voucher amount in one transaction, any outstanding Gift Voucher amount will remain until expiry.

Can I use a Gift Voucher for any booking on Barossa.com

Yes, you can use a Gift Voucher to book any ‘Book Now’ option available on the Barossa.com website. Choose from a range of accommodation, tours, experiences, and events. View your options by clicking on the red 'Book Now' button, you can search via Stay, Tours & Experiences, and Events.

Can I get a Refund for a Gift Voucher

Gift Vouchers and non-refundable, even if they expire or go unused. Please make sure to use the voucher within its validity period.

What happens if my Gift Voucher is lost or stolen?

Unfortunately, the Barossa Visitor Centre is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. Treat your voucher like cash and keep it in a safe place.

Can I change or cancel a booking made with a Gift Voucher?

Once the Gift Voucher has been redeemed (part or in full) the cancellation policy will revert to that of the operator (tour, accommodation, experience, and event)
Any changes or cancellations to a booking made using a Gift Voucher is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the operator you have booked with. Please review their website / listing for specific policies before committing to the purchase.

I’m not very computer competent, is there another way I can purchase a Gift Voucher?

Yes, please contact the Barossa Visitor Centre and the friendly staff can arrange a Gift Voucher over the phone or in person. You can ask for this to be emailed electronically or we can post a physical voucher (postage not included and will be an additional charge).
