Ballycroft Vineyard and Cellars

‘Small Winemaker, Big Wines’

Enjoy an intimate, unique and always informative cellar door experience at one of the smallest and 100% family owned wineries in the Barossa.

Your host Joe Evans invites you to join him for a personal, guided wine session available everyday between 11 am and 4 pm. Joe is the owner, winemaker, viticulturist and everything in between and with his wife Sue, carefully tends his grapes from vine to bottle.

The vineyard is rain fed, the winery is solar powered and the delivery van is an 100% electric Nissan Leaf named ‘Zero’ that is charged by solar during the day and plugged into the winery and house to provide power at night.

Ballycroft 's wine is made as a reflection of their sustainable vineyard, the terroir and the individual vintage. They let the fruit tell the story.

Bookings are highly recommended to avoid disappointment as being a working vineyard Joe may be away from site tending his grapes.

So join Joe at a Ballycroft table tasting session talking all things wine, solar and electric vehicles.

Tasting sessions are free. Winery tours are included. Electric vehicle charging is available on site.
