Normal cancellation policy applies to all other non COVID related cancellations. We want all our guests to enjoy their time in the Barossa and arrive home safely - your safety is our concern; but your responsibility. Conditions of Hire: I agree to hire bike(s) and equipment from the Barossa Cycle Hub (on behalf of Barossa Bike Hire - BBH) subject to the following conditions: 1. Bike(s) and equipment must be secured indoors for overnight hire. 3. I am aware that in South Australia legally I must wear a helmet at all times when riding a bike. I shall be responsible to ensure the helmet fits me snugly and is secured. 4. I shall be responsible for the return of the bike(s) and equipment and agree that I shall pay Barossa Bike Hire (BBH) for any lost or damage at the replacement/repair cost. 5. I understand that in the event that I should return the bike(s) or equipment supplied in a damaged condition a Barossa Visitor Centre staff member will advise me of the process for evaluating the damage. I understand that at this point my deposit will be forfeited ($50.00 for Standard hybrid Bike & $120.00 for Electric Bike) and that any further damages will be a matter between myself and the bike operator – Barossa Bike Hire (BBH). 9. I am aware that in the event of breakdowns or problems with bike(s) or equipment (e.g. flat tyre) I will advise Barossa Bike Hire (BBH) on 0400 537 770 for collection and/or repair immediately. If the breakdown is due to general maintenance there will be no additional costs however if BBH deem the breakdown was caused by the user (e.g. crash dropping bike(s)) then a repair/collection fee will be charged. This fee will be discussed once inspection by BBH of the bike(s) has been made and the hire cost and deposit is not refundable. 10. I am aware that the bikes are Urban bikes and are designed for road use or bike paths. I agree to stick to bitumen roads and specified bike paths and agree I will not ride on gravel roads or on any dirt paths or in vineyards. 11.
