Barossa Cycle Hub

There is no better way to explore the Barossa’s premium food, wine and rich heritage than by bicycle. The Barossa Council’s high-quality sealed cycling and walking network extends 40 kilometers from Angaston to Gawler via the three main townships of Nuriootpa, Tanunda and Lyndoch.

The Hub is a dedicated cycle precinct offering complimentary cycle services outside of traditional retail hours.  It offers a range of amenities including toilets, change room and shower facilities bicycle hire, bicycle maintenance station, bicycle vending machine, plus regional cycle and tourism information.

The Barossa Cycle Hub is located next to the Barossa Visitor Centre at 70 Murray Street, Tanunda and is open seven days a week.

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm Saturday 9am - 4pm Sunday and Public Holidays 10am - 4pm The amenities are open seven days per week, 6am -10pm.

Cancellation Policy

Please Note - In adverse weather conditions, including catastrophic fire days - the Barossa Visitor Centre reserves the right to cancel all bicycle hire if we feel your safety will be compromised. If the temperature is at or over 36 degrees Celsius as per http://www.bom.gov.au/ website at 9am on the day of hire, we are unable to hire out bikes.
