Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy: 1. Refunds are not available unless you provide at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation. 2. In the event of a no show no refund will be provided. 3. Late arrivals may forfeit the full cost of the booking and the right to participate. If you arrive 15 minutes late of the scheduled time of your booking we reserve the right to cancel your booking. 4. *COVID-19 - Flexible booking policy: If cancellation is necessary due to changes in Government regulations or due to Covid related illness we will honour a full refund or postpone your experience to another date with changes permitted up to and including day of arrival. Normal cancellation policy applies to all other non COVID related cancellations.
