Collaborating for the first time to celebrate our heritage. Join Julian, Abby and Cheryse of El Estanco and the team from The Filipino Project, John and Maria for a leisurely afternoon where you will find street food cooked over fire and presented at bases set up around the beautiful grounds of El Estanco.
Join ‘Hay Fuego en el Barrio!’ (Fire In The Neighbourhood!) and eat and drink your way through the intertwined flavours of South America and the Philippines.
Enjoy a drink and a snack on arrival, followed by an afternoon of food and wine served by the fire during winter in the Barossa Valley.
