Every Wednesday night, our culinary team led by Ryan Edwards is presented a simple cuisine brief – make it fresh, make it delicious, make it for the table to share, and make Barossa proud!
A simple and tantalising challenge for this tight trio of food artisans to chase down what’s growing in the gardens and romping around the farms, open fields and forests of the surrounding landscape to produce three courses of distinctive and tasty regional cuisine inspired by the culinary traditions of Barossa.
$50 gets you a seat at the Vino Lokal Long Table and then leaves you entirely at the kitchen’s privilege. We’ll accommodate serious food allergies, but the menu is the same for one and all, and fussy-ish eaters will need to take a leap and step out of their comfort zone.
We’ve also given our Wine Room Manager some latitude to come up with a tight list of great Barossa wines for just $25 a bottle and $8 a glass. Expect plenty of great values from our Artisans of Barossa winemakers and a few surprises from good mates.
Dinner is served to the table from 6.30pm, and seating is strictly limited to 18 folk each week.
