Curious about how to make your own cheese?
Cultured Cheese School and Atze’s Corner Wines have you covered, gather amongst the wine barrels of Atze’s cellar door for a relaxed fun morning learning the art of cheesemaking. This is a great workshop designed for the beginner either looking to have a fun foodie experience or want to learn how to make cheese at home. Cultured Cheese Schools’ workshop, paired with a take home cheesemaking kit will set you up with the skills to make cheese like Feta and Haloumi at home.
We will take care of the materials, all you need to bring is a willingness to learn and be ready to make your very own cheese. You will take home everything you make including the recipe and notes from the day. When the workshop is finished enjoy a leisurely cheese platter and a tasting of Atze’s Corner Wines.
Your host Erin Jones, has been making cheese for over 17 years from her home, to state of the art cheese factories across Australia, and is ready to share her expertise with you!
