A Taste of Barossa cooking class

Casa Carboni Italian cooking school was born from a love of food, wine and passing on the skills and techniques of Italian cooking. It's about using the finest produce Barossa has to offer.

The aim is simple: to provide a fun and relaxed learning environment, leaving you with the knowledge and techniques to replicate these sumptuous Italian dishes in your own home.

In A Taste of Barossa you will prepare a 4 course seasonal menu Matteo has chosen to showcase the beautiful local produce sourced from the weekly Barossa Farmers' Market and local farms.

After the class you will be seated in the Enoteca and dine on the wonderful dishes you have prepared with a glass of wine and coffee.

A Taste of Barossa is offered every Thursday.

9am - 2pm

Additional themes and private cooking classes are available for up to 10 guests.
