Birdies Rest is a strawbale construction, self-contained accommodation located in the Barossa Valley, set on 2.5 acres.

Birdies Rest sleeps five and includes one queen bedroom, another with a queen bed and a single with a trundle, an open-plan dining/lounge area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and soaking tub. If you have more than five people travelling with you, they work closely with properties around the golf course.

Overlooking the picturesque Sandy Creek Golf Course with direct access to the 7th fairway the Clubhouse is only a few minutes’ walk away. This accommodation is perfect for golfers wanting to stay and play.

Not into golf but into nature or wine – we have you covered. Numerous world-class wineries are nearby, or just relax and watch the kangaroos and various colourful parrots or other birds which visit the property. Parra Wirra Conservation Park, Barossa Goldfields and other walking trails and outside activities are not far away.

Cyclists’ access to the Barossa Cycling Trails is less than 1km down the road. Barossa Park is only 7kms away and also accessible via the Barossa Cycling Trail, making Birdies Rest perfect for events at Barossa Park, so get in early to book!
