The Barossa Bushgardens is a community-led project displaying, conserving and distributing local native vegetation. The gardens aim to promote, showcase and supply native plants from the Barossa and surrounding regions.
The Bushgardens is a regional flora centre that includes display gardens for front yards, rare plants, ecosystems, landscaping and seed collection.
There are areas set aside for Nature Play, growing understorey plants for grassland restoration, for arts, as well as health and well-being with the Barossa Community Labyrinth. An accessible trail system allows visitors to enjoy the gardens on foot or by bike. Dogs are welcome on leash.
