their uses and properties, cultivation and distillation.
Includes a tasty lunch full of local flavours and produce. Barossa Fine Foods Paté, local Garlic Mettwurst, Barossa Heritage Pork Wohlschinken (similar to Prosciutto), Lavender Dukkah with Olive Oil, Zimmys’ Dill Cucumbers & Beetroot Relish, Caperberries, Olives and Cheese, with Lavender Mustard and Lavender Chutney
