Next, you’ll explore viticulture with a visit to what is believed to be the world’s oldest surviving Shiraz vineyard. After admiring the ancient vines and discussing vineyard practices, we’ll shift our focus to the winemaking process, enriching your appreciation for the tasting experience ahead.
