A visually spectacular exhibition that explores themes of Australia’s extinct megafauna and the potential connection between Aboriginal beliefs regarding The Dreaming and understanding the complex relationship between changes in climate and species extinction. It also explores the 19th century fascination with the new sciences of Geology and Paleontology and how colonists used that learning to understand more about the ancient landscape they now inhabited.
