Interactive vineyard map

The Barossa Grounds interactive, web-based map is a quick and easy tool to electronically ‘layer’ the influences of Barossa soil type, climate and topography on the wine styles of Barossa Shiraz.

Specific ‘layers’/influences include soil available water-holding capacity, mean annual rainfall, growing degree days, elevation, aspect and slope. Users can zoom into detail of individual vineyards.

The Barossa Vineyard Map includes the Barossa Valley region and the Eden Valley region, encompassing the entire Barossa (GI) Zone.
