Follow the lifecycle of a wine across 3 event experiences. Get your hands dirty, drink good wine and eat nourishing food. Limited tickets, must be purchased before February 28.

Picking: Saturday March 2nd, 2024, 8:45am-2pm We start early to capture the cooler part of the day. You’ll hand pick grapes, learning about the idiosyncrasies of this year’s vintage. After morning tea, we’ll head to the winery and start foot stomping. Discover the impact of whole bunch components, and varying times on skins. Finish up with lunch in the garden served with a specially curated wine list. Date confirmed with 7 days notice provided.

Pruning: Saturday June 29th, 2024, 10am-2pm Learn about the art of pruning and how it impacts future vintages. Revisit the rows you picked with the pruning shears. In the barrel hall over lunch, you’ll have the first taste of your wine. Owner, Sam Pfeiffer and winemaker Michael J. Corbett will talk you through the entire winemaking process.

Bottling: Saturday November 23rd, 2024, 12pm-4pm Michael and Sam will catch you up on how your wine’s developed over the past few months. You will hand bottle and wax seal your own 6-pack of wine to take home. A unique label will acknowledge the entire Lap Around The Sun team. Finish with a feast style lunch with a large array of unique wines.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the experience start date will receive 100% refund. Cancellations between 30 to 14 days prior to the experience start date will receive 50% refund of total booking cost. Cancellations less than 14 days prior to the experience start date will Forfeit of all monies paid. If guests fail to arrive for the experience the same cancellation policy as above applies. Please also refer to the Booking Agent Terms and Conditions for any other charges that may apply. Please consider travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes in travel plans.
