Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the booked experience date: will receive 100% refund. Cancellations between 7 days and 24 hours prior to the booked experience date will receive 50% refund of total booking cost. Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the booked experience date: Forfeit of all monies paid. If guests fail to arrive or do not stay for the full experience the same cancellation policy as above applies.
