The three museum fortifieds you will enjoy, including a Tawny which has been aging in the same barrel since 1962, and the German recipe shortbreads, baked from sourced recipes from Barossa Valley Omas, including an Eudunda German lady responsible for the excellent almond bread recipe, make for an ideal “history in a glass” experience.
